AgentCrafty, Plany365, and Timely365 are products operated by Micro Logic LLC. References to "AgentCrafty," "Plany365," "Timely365," "Micro Logic," "we," "our," and "us" in these policies refer to Micro Logic LLC and its related products and services.
These terms govern access to and use of AgentCrafty services, including AI phone agents, chat widgets, routing tools, booking workflows, SMS, billing, and related customer communications.
These terms are a practical operating baseline and are not legal advice. If you use AgentCrafty in a regulated industry or for high-risk communications, you should have your own attorney review your workflow, notices, consent language, and customer-facing terms.
Accounts And Authority
You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and contact information. If you create or manage a workspace for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business and configure its communications.
You are responsible for your team users, passwords, connected systems, webhook endpoints, phone numbers, routing rules, agent prompts, knowledge sources, and all activity under your workspace.
Use Of The Service
You may use AgentCrafty only for lawful business communications and workflows. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, prompts, scripts, disclosures, routing rules, customer data, actions, integrations, and messages configured in your workspace.
You must comply with all laws and industry rules that apply to your use, including telecommunications, privacy, call recording, consumer protection, marketing, professional licensing, and data protection requirements.
AI Agent Limitations
AgentCrafty uses artificial intelligence. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular use. You must not rely on AI output as a substitute for professional judgment, human review, or legally required decisions.
You must configure guardrails, approved knowledge, escalation rules, and human review for sensitive, regulated, high-value, emergency, or customer-impacting workflows. You are responsible for what your agents say and do on behalf of your business.
Customer Communications
AgentCrafty may help businesses communicate by phone, chat, email, SMS, and connected systems. Communications may include appointment confirmations, booking requests, service updates, reminders, verification, support, intake, routing, and customer-requested follow-up.
You are responsible for making sure customers receive any required notices and that you have the required consent before contacting them, recording calls, sending messages, or using automated or AI-assisted communications.
Call Recording And Consent
If you enable recording, transcription, call summaries, or call analytics, you are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining legally required consent from callers and call recipients. Recording and consent laws vary by location.
AgentCrafty is not responsible for determining whether your call can be recorded, transcribed, monitored, or analyzed in a particular jurisdiction.
SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to SMS messages from a business using AgentCrafty, customers agree to receive text messages related to the selected communication program, such as appointments, bookings, service updates, reminders, verification, and support follow-up.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You must obtain, document, and honor SMS consent and opt-out requests. You must not send spam, deceptive messages, prohibited content, or messages that violate carrier, Twilio, TCPA, CTIA, or other applicable requirements.
Opt-In And Opt-Out
Customers may opt in through a website form, booking flow, phone call, chat workflow, written agreement, verbal consent where lawful, or another approved method provided by the business. Customers may opt out by replying STOP to SMS messages.

Prohibited Uses
You must not use AgentCrafty to:
- violate laws, carrier rules, platform policies, or third-party rights;
- send spam, phishing, scams, deceptive content, or unlawful marketing;
- impersonate people or businesses without authorization;
- collect sensitive information without a lawful reason and required consent;
- provide emergency dispatch, crisis response, or life-safety services;
- provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice without proper authority and review;
- make discriminatory, eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similar high-impact decisions without required human review and legal compliance;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, billing controls, security controls, or carrier filtering;
- upload malware, abusive content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
No Emergency Use
AgentCrafty is not designed for emergency communications, 911 calls, urgent medical care, crisis response, dispatch, or life-safety situations. Customers should call local emergency services for emergencies.
Regulated Industries
If you use AgentCrafty in healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, transportation, education, housing, employment, government, or another regulated context, you are responsible for confirming that the workflow is lawful and properly supervised.
AgentCrafty is not offered as a HIPAA-compliant service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Third-Party Services
AgentCrafty depends on third-party services such as communications, telephony, AI, transcription, hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, and payment providers. Their availability, rules, pricing, filtering, and policies may affect your use of AgentCrafty.
You are responsible for any third-party accounts, credentials, calendars, webhooks, and integrations you connect to AgentCrafty.
Billing And Usage
You agree to pay the fees shown at checkout, in your plan, or in your workspace. Usage-based charges, prepaid wallet charges, overage charges, taxes, carrier fees, and third-party provider costs may apply.
If payment fails, your service may be limited, suspended, downgraded, or terminated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written agreement.
Service Availability
We work to keep AgentCrafty reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, filtered, or degraded due to maintenance, outages, carrier issues, third-party provider failures, configuration problems, internet issues, or events outside our control.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a workspace violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, causes service abuse, fails to pay, violates provider or carrier requirements, or harms AgentCrafty, customers, users, or third parties.
Disclaimers
AgentCrafty is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, error-free operation, and accuracy of AI outputs.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentCrafty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost profit damages, or for damages caused by third-party services, carrier filtering, AI output, customer configuration, unauthorized access, or communications sent through your workspace.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AgentCrafty from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your workspace, customer communications, data, prompts, integrations, recordings, SMS programs, violation of law, or breach of these terms.
Privacy
Our privacy practices are described in the AgentCrafty Privacy Policy.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AgentCrafty after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
