Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from a business using AgentCrafty when they request booking confirmations, appointment updates, or service follow-up by phone or through a business contact form.

The business may keep consent records such as the phone number, consent source, timestamp, and related booking or service request. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
